UX designers do this by creating intricate user flows, which are often created from mock-up user experiences or even data pulled from real-life users if the digital product is live.

Is the navigation in a place that makes logical sense for user flow?
Is the page accessible to all people, including those with special needs?

01. Intro

Where we get to know each other and the journey begins.

Our process begins with an introductory call where a member of the Elevate team will walk you through who we are, why we’re the best, and begin the process of scoping out your needs. We’re looking to get to know you as well as achieve a high level understanding of your current state, desired future state, and any constraints you may have.

02. Discovery

Where your vision merges with our expertise

At this point, you see the value in working with Elevate and you’re ready to get into the nitty gritty of your project. This is what we call the Discovery Process. An Elevate Architect will take the lead here, guiding you through a detailed session that clearly outlines the requirements as you have them. In some cases this is an iterative process requiring 2-3 sessions to ensure that all items have been captured.

03. Technology Selection

Where we choose the best route for your desired destination

Now that we understand your needs, the fun begins. Our Elevate Architect will align technologies with your specific requirements and budget constraints. We'll help you select the right mix of open source and proprietary technologies. If your application is already in production, we'll assess what to keep and what to replace.

04. Approach Document

Where your product roadmap comes to life

It's time to formalize our plan. We'll create an Approach Document outlining the purpose of our engagement, intended features, technologies to be used, and the expected schedule with deliverables. Our team will review this document with you on a call to address any questions. We'll incorporate your feedback and provide a final Approach Document for your verbal approval.

05. Fully Scoped Engagement

Where the light turns green and we make it official

It’s almost go-time, but first we need to make it official. The last piece before we kickoff the engagement is the Statement of Work. This outlines all items contained in the Approach Document and adds the associated pricing. We also clearly layout any client responsibilities well ahead of time so our clients are prepared.

06. Kickoff

When everyone's aligned and we hit the accelerator

With the formalities behind us, we're set to get started. First up: a kickoff call. We'll review the statement of work to ensure it's all current and answer any new questions you might have. We'll also establish Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) to optimize how the work is done. Prefer Slack over email? We’ll make a note of it here

07. Lifetime Management

Staying on course as your lifelong partner

As we move forward, we'll stay connected with weekly calls to review progress and plans, using tools like Slack, JIRA, and Discord for daily updates. Our flexible process adapts to both technological changes and shifts in your vision, ensuring we stay on course. We are committed to a transparent and seamless delivery, and we’ll work until you are 100% satisfied.
